comfortable linen super friendly staff fantastic location

the bed was supremely comfortable with the most beautiful linen and the decor was neutral. it felt really nice. the hotel was clean and super friendly. i loved that the location was fantastic and close to the subway.

I noticed the hotel is getting a little tired. After staying here for about 10 years i can tell.

the location was great for exploring midtown. the subway access nearby made getting around simple. i found the noa cafe within the building convenient for a quick bite.

the hallways needed some attention i noticed worn carpets. the decor looked a bit tired.

adequate stay with SOME drawbacks

The room was smaller than expected. It barely fit My luggage. The lack of proper soundproofing caused considerable disturbance. Street noise was constant. The old sliding windows did LITTLE to block it out. there IS no restaurant inside. Only a small bar for breakfast, with limited options.

I liked the daily cleaning service, it kept everything tidy. Reception provided complimentary fresh water. This was very helpful. Location was ideal and allowed easy access to many attractions.
